Holkham Hall is a Palladian Hall, the centre of a thriving 25,000 acre agricultural estate on the north Norfolk coast and the ancestral home of the Earl of Leicester. Working with Drinkall Dean we developed and designed an interactive exhibition – Field to Fork – telling the story of farming past and present on the Holkham Estate. As part of the project I designed a mascot – Barney the owl – which features in the exhibition and also on a range of merchandise.
